The institute of Social and Cultural Studies organized a Brain Storming Session on “A Policy Agenda for Newly Elected Government of West Bengal” on 23rd May 2026 at the Floatel, Kolkata. The enriching session initiated at around 11 am and stretched up to 2pm.

The event was organized to prepare a sector wise blue print of developmental work that needs to be undertaken by the newly elected government of West Bengal. The ideas were catalogued by the multiple stakeholders and eminent civil society actors who shared their inputs. Brainstorming Session always rounds up with pooling up of the innovative ideas also suggesting measures to implement the same. The ideas elicited during the session was compiled in a form of Agenda Book let which will be shared with the competent authority.
